Welcome to Sigmah Computers. By engaging with our services or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Sales and Warranty
- All products sold by Sigmah Computers come with a manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise specified.
- Warranty terms, duration, and conditions vary depending on the product and brand. Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty policy for details.
- Sigmah Computers is not responsible for warranty claims rejected due to improper handling, unauthorized repairs, or misuse of the product.
2. Service Terms
- Chip-Level Repairs: We specialize in chip-level laptop repairs. However, the success of chip-level services may vary depending on the severity of the issue. We will provide a detailed assessment before proceeding.
- Service Warranty: Services such as repairs come with a limited warranty period of 30 days from the date of service. This warranty covers the same issue recurring within this period and does not cover new issues.
- Sigmah Computers is not responsible for data loss during repairs. Customers are advised to back up their data before submitting devices for repair.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment for products and services must be made in full upon delivery or completion unless prior agreements have been made.
- Any overdue payments may incur additional fees or interest as determined by Sigmah Computers.
4. Return and Refund Policy
- Products can be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Refunds or exchanges may be subject to inspection and approval by Sigmah Computers.
- Customized orders, software, and services are non-refundable.
- Service fees are non-refundable, except in cases of failure to deliver the agreed service.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Sigmah Computers will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services.
- In no event shall Sigmah Computers' liability exceed the total amount paid for the service or product in question.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate details regarding the issues with their devices.
- In case of repairs, customers must notify Sigmah Computers of any prior repairs or modifications done to the device.
- Customers must collect their repaired devices within 30 days from the completion of the service. Uncollected items beyond this period may be disposed of at Sigmah Computers' discretion.
7. Privacy Policy
- Sigmah Computers values your privacy. Any personal information shared with us during sales or services will be handled in strict confidence and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
8. Amendments
- Sigmah Computers reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website or store and will take effect immediately.
